What you're actually buying
A reserved spot in our private lot north of Memorial Stadium, held under your name until kickoff, with an on-demand ride to your gate and a pickup after the game included: text us whenever you're ready and we drive you over, text us after the game and we come get you. Walkable too, if you'd rather. No circling the neighborhood at 11 AM, no cash haggling through a car window, no wondering whether the yard you parked in was actually allowed to sell you that spot. The lot is under a written license agreement with the property owner, and every game is staffed by our attendant from the moment gates open until the crowd clears.

Our standards, every game
A Crimson Lots attendant runs the lot during arrival and departure. You are met, parked, and sent off to your ride.
We carry commercial general liability insurance and the property owner is named on the policy. This is a real business, not a kid with a poster board.
You park your own car and keep your keys. Nobody at Crimson Lots ever drives or holds a customer vehicle.
We photograph the lot before and after each game and log every entering plate, which protects the property owner, you, and us.
Litter is picked up after every game. The lot closes two hours after the game ends (overnight RV reservations run to noon the day after their last covered game), and vehicles left past close may be towed under Indiana-law procedures.
Every purchase runs on posted terms, and each section carries a plain-words summary, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
Why the neighborhood works with us
The lot we operate belongs to a Bloomington property owner who earns a share of every dollar it collects, paid within days of each game with a written statement. We handle the fans, the insurance, the cleanup, and the liability so they never have to. If you park with us, you're putting money into the actual stadium neighborhood, not a national app's fee structure.
