Every lot we sell is under a written license agreement with the property owner, and every game is staffed by our attendant from the moment gates open until the crowd clears.

Our standards, every game
A Crimson Lots attendant runs every lot during arrival and departure. You are met, parked, and pointed toward the stadium.
We carry commercial general liability insurance and every property owner we work with is named on the policy. This is a real business, not a kid with a poster board.
You park your own car and keep your keys. Nobody at Crimson Lots ever drives or holds a customer vehicle.
We photograph every lot before and after each game and log every entering plate, which protects the homeowner, you, and us.
Litter is picked up after every game. Lots close two hours after the game ends (overnight RV reservations run to noon the day after their last covered game), and vehicles left past close may be towed under Indiana-law procedures.
Every purchase runs on posted terms, and each section carries a plain-words summary, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
